Based in Southeastern Virginia, E and E Special Events would be honored to be a part of your clients’ special day! We delight in creating fun and memorable experiences. Look no further for specialized and professional special event entertainment services! For planning parties, our DJs, Lighting, and live music services will be just what your client need to have an event that is fun, memorable and musical!
We offer a client focused, personal approach to our interactions. From start to finish your client will know who their DJ/Musicians are, and they will work with you to help them plan entertainment for their event!

We understand that all events are not alike, and want your clients to have the event of their dreams. For us to get you there, it is important that we have a chance to hear from you what type of experience They are envisioning for their event. Our Musicians, DJs, and Effects Technicians have the ability and experience to steer the atmosphere of their event in the desired direction, and a consultation is a huge part of that process!

*Pricing depends on unique needs of a specific event. Pricing is finalized during consultation and upon signing of contract and payment of retainer. For this Brochure we will include a general pricing range for each service.

Pricing is included so you can judge whether we would be a good fit for your client and their planned budget. We ask that you don’t disclose pricing to the client. Instead, if they desire to inquire with us, (or if you will be booking on their behalf) contact us here.
DJ Services
Our Award Winning Wedding DJ service includes a full array of entertainment options! There are a number of factors that we consider when planning DJ services for our clients. Everything from guest count, and room size, to the venue loading procedures and number of setup locations will be considered as we build a proper plan for your event. As a “standalone” service offering, our DJ services range from $2250 - $4000.

The "3rd Table" cranks the party up with a live band! Seamless transitions between the DJ and the band make for a completely unique and exciting event! Your client will get the best of both parties with Ezra the DJ and the band as his 3rd turntable!

Dinner Band - $2500 - $3500
Our Dinner Bands or Cocktail Combos play a lively mix of Pop, R&B, Jazz, Rock, Soul, and Country.
Your client can choose to have singer, saxophonist, or both to front your band!
(Dinner Band includes a free Cocktail Soloist!)
Solo Saxophone - $1000 - $2500
In addition to being our Lead DJ, Ezra is also an accomplished Saxophonist! Ezra books his saxophone service under the “Ezra on Sax” Brand.

Guitar Singer - $600 - $1000
A Singing Guitarist who plays a variety of cover tunes! Nothing beats a live musician who sets the mood for the whole day!
DJ + Drummer - $600 - $1100
Give the drummer some! Having a drummer at events is becoming a quite popular add-on with our clients recently! It adds so much groove to the dance floor!
-Live drummer for peak hour dancing
-Plays with DJ for entire dance set!
Lighting
We also offer amazing lighting services! Not only will the event sound great, it will also look great! (Your clients’ Photographers and Videographers will thank you)
Uplights - $800 - $1000
We offer 20 units of wirelessly controlled, uplights that will splash the reception room with color. Uplight colors are fully customizable and can even be made to match your specific color design. Uplights make photos and videos look amazing! The photographer and videographer will have so much more to work with when we are able to make the room have "depth!"
**Alert** Our uplights become part of the party when we switch to dancing, as they are fully integrated into the dance floor lighting system!! We “DJ the lights” like we DJ the music. If your client is considering uplights elsewhere, be sure to let them know that they will lose the ability for us to create a cohesive atmosphere once the dancing starts, as we won’t have control of the other company’s lights.
Sparks Pricing varies based on location/permitting requirements
"Cold Spark Machines" speak for themselves don't they?! There is no way to match the excitement of having sparks fly for a grand entrances/exits and even near your dance floor! Even though these machines are very safe, and we operate them with proper licensure, there can be a permitting concern involved for the client. We are glad to go through the process with venues if their city allows them.
Intelligent Lighting - $800 - $1000
Our Intelligent Lighting service has many functions. We operate professional grade motion spotlights that are able to set spots for key moments during an event. They also add tons of energy and imagery to the dance floor! We also offer a "wash lighting" system to bathe the dance floor in color! In addition we offer the option of adding "haze" to the room to make an energetic lighting display! This is all included if your client choose to add intelligent lighting.
Baton Lights - $150 (per 100 units)
Baton Lights are an amazing addition to your event. Since it can be a hassle to get these ready, we make sure to have them prepped for your client at the perfect moment! I mean really… Is it even a party without these?!?!
Karaoke - $1500 - $2500
Make your client a STAR! Have them share their gift with the world at one of our Karaoke Parties! We have an extensive Karaoke Library, Screens, and high quality mics for them to impress their guests as they take the stage with style!
Silent Disco
A unique way to keep the party going! These are great for events at private residences or rentals. With the Silent Disco, we offer wireless headphones (65 units) for guests to keep dancing to the DJ even if the neighbors think a DJ is too loud!

Regional Travel - $200 - $1000
Travel expenses for events not in our main coverage area. We are based in the South Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
Destination Travel - $2000 -$♫♪♫♪
Destination Events anywhere you would like to have music for the party of your dreams.
